Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables
• Digital Candys retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets and libraries remain property of their respective owners
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials

Payment Terms

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
• Subscription fees are non-transferable
• Taxes may be added as required by law
• Payment receipt will be provided via email

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Candys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
